ZEISE, Beverly Ann
November 18, 1951 – April 21, 2021
It is with great sadness that the family of Bev Zeise announces her passing on April 21, 2021 at the age of 69 years. Treasuring her memory are her husband of 52 years Don, brother Jerry (Barb) and nephews Brian & Mike; stepdad Ernie; in-laws Eileen (Charles), Max (Nancy), Rose (Garth), John (Judy), George (Corie), Charlotte (Lawrence), nieces, nephews, dear friends and co-workers. She was predeceased by her parents and brother-in-law Tom Zeise.
Bev was born Beverly Ann Emsley, eldest daughter of Betty & Eugene Emsley of Dapp, AB. She married her best friend and life partner in 1969. They worked at Taylor, B.C. before settling in Edmonton where she began a 30 year employment with Alberta Health Services. Moving back to home turf they lived on an acreage in retirement, spending winters in warmer climates. A dedicated loyal worker and respected by her co-workers, Bev, still needing to be busy, cooked at the golf course in summers for 8 years and then found other part time work. She loved gardening, knitting and crafting. She loved people. She always had a smile and her infectious laughter, whether the day was long and hard or her illness painful. We will miss her always. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to AHS Westlock Healthcare Centre 10220 – 93 Street, Westlock, Alberta T7P 2G4.
