Michele Potter
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Michele Susan Potter, of Stony Plain, AB, on March 15, 2025, at the age 71 years.
Michele was always surrounded by her dogs!She would take them everywhere! Little Sophie and her hotdog at the farmer’s market and then her last love, Noel, to McDonald’s for a pup cup.
She loved all her pretty spring flowers that she would get from the local market and greenhouses. She always had a bright smile and a robust laugh.
Michele is survived by her sister, Elaine (Bill) McQuitty, her niece, Shannon Scobie, great-nephew, Caeden Scobie, nephew, Gary Seifreit (Stephanie Law), great-niece, Charli Seifreit, and her chosen daughter, Leahann (Ed) Rottier.
She is predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Phyllis Wilson, and her husband of 13 yrs, Harry Potter.
Michele’s wishes were to be cremated, and a memorial will take place at a later date when the flowers are blooming and the grass is green!
Memorial Donations can be made to the Alberta Lung Association, the Barrhead Animal Rescue Society (BARS) or Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS).
