Steinbrenner Verna D.
On Sunday October 29, 2023, Verna D. Steinbrenner (nee Wells) of Barrhead, Alberta went to be with her Lord and Savior at the age of 86 years.
She is survived and fondly remembered by her loving family; sisters, Evelyn (Gus) Assenheimer, Shirley Reschke and Dorothy (George) Simpson; sisters-in-law, Irma Charlton and Frieda Steinke; as well as, numerous nieces and nephews and their children, including many treasured friends.
Verna was predeceased by her husband, Kurt; parents, Alex and Olga Wells; brothers-in-law, Jim Kenyon, Arnold Reschke, Heinz Steinbrenner and Arthur Steinke; sister-in-law, Irma Steinbrenner and niece Fern Schonknecht.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 1 p.m. at the Barrhead Alliance Church with Pastor Trevor Crowe officiating.
