Kenneth John Schmidt, a man of exceptional kindness, gentleness and wisdom; passed away peacefully on December 5, 2024 in St. Albert, AB.
He will be forever loved and remembered by Joanne, his wife of 48 years, his 4 children: Mark (Caitlyn), Allison (John David), Heather (Jeffrey) and Catherine (Aaron) and 7 grandchildren: Felix, Lachlan, Sarah, Steven, James, Noah and Daniel.
He is predeceased by his grandson: William, his parents Sigismund and Elsa and his siblings: John, Armin, Helmut, Herb and Edna.
Ken was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 10014-81 Avenue NW, Edmonton,AB on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 11:00 am with a livestream available at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church at https://www.youtube.com/@trinityev.lutheranchurch1433/streams
