DAY, Brunhilde (Hilda)
It is with sadness we announce the passing of Brunhilde “Hilda” Day, on October 11, 2024, in St. Albert, Alberta at the age of 81 years.
She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her children;Tammy (Alvin Kurash), and Darryl (Tara); and five grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Samuel, Elias, and Annwyn.
She valued and cherished special relationships in her life and was blessed with lifelong friendships with Denise Rivest, Cheryl Jendrick, Zdennie and Oryst Berezan, among many others. She also leaves to mourn nephews, Grant and Greg Lenz, as well as relatives from her husband’s family.
She was predeceased by her parents, Maria and Friedrich Lenz, her brother, Alfred, and her loving husband, William “Bill”, of 41 years.
Hilda will be remembered for her devotion to her Christian faith and compassion she had for her family and friends.
Always in our thoughts, Forever in our hearts.
A Memorial Service was held Friday, October 18, 2024, in Westlock, AB.
