VADHEIM, NATHALIA (TALA) LILLIAN
May 13, 1934 – February 3, 2025
We are sad to announce the passing of Tala at St. Albert, AB on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the age of 90.
Tala was a long-time resident of Athabasca, AB. She moved to St. Albert, AB in May of 2022 to be closer to her family.
Tala is survived by her daughters, Sharon of St. Albert, Darcie (Dale) of Busby, and Tracey (Craig) of Calgary. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jay (Heather), Jana (James), Kara, Brandon, Aron (Holly); great grandchildren, Emily (Paul), Breann, Jordan, Jaden, Chloe and great- great granddaughter, Dorothy. She also leaves her sister, Elnora; her brother, Edwin and many nieces and nephews.
Tala was predeceased by her husband, Ed in 1987 and her son, Randy in 1991. Also predeceasing her are her parents, Wilhelm and Mathilda Hiller, two brothers, five sisters as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The Funeral service is to be held at 10:00AM, on Monday, February 10, 2025, at St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Dr., St. Albert, AB. Interment is to take place at the Athabasca Cemetery that afternoon.
Special thanks to the Staff of Unit 4 at Youville Home in St. Albert, for the wonderful care and compassion you showed our Mom, Grandma and Omma.
