REITSMA, WILLIAM
December 23, 1932 - April 4, 2020
We are sad to announce the passing of William (Bill) Reitsma.
Bill was predeceased by his parents, Jerry and Jenny (Fisher) Reitsma, his brothers; Art and Ted Reitsma, his son, Fred Wark, and daughter, Della Watson.
He is survived by his loving wife, Elsie (Dotzlaf) Reitsma, son-in-law, David Watson and sons; Melvin Wark, George Wark, and Ashley Wark, also his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and we will all lovingly remember and miss him. Bill is going to be also greatly missed by his sister, Joyce van Dijken, nephews, nieces, cousins and his in-laws, Carol Reitsma, Helen Reitsma, Herb and Lydia Koberstein, Alvina Waskiewich, Louise Rau and Gladys Dotzlaf and so many friends.
Throughout his life, he served on several boards and clubs. He loved woodwork and enjoyed building cupboards and his solid oak glider rockers. When things broke, Bill always figured out how it worked and he was always able to get whatever was broken working.
