KELLER, Elaine Dorothy (nee Stolee)
June 25, 1944 – October 28, 2024
With heavy hearts the family of Elaine Keller (nee Stolee) announces her passing on Monday, October 28, 2024.
She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Mark (Amy) and Eric (Eunju), her eight siblings, and many other family members and friends.
Elaine was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Bernie, and her brother-in-law, Chuck (Donna).
Elaine spent most of her working life as an elementary school teacher in Westlock, working tirelessly to help children learn, and particularly to foster a love of reading. After her retirement from the classroom, Elaine served on the board of the Westlock Inter-municipal library and volunteered countless hours at the Westlock and District Food Bank. She also enjoyed going for walks, reading, coffee visits with friends, and gardening.
Elaine’s wishes were to be cremated, and no service has been planned at this time.
