The Town of Athabasca announced the winners of its annual Christmas decorating contest Dec. 21 with Claire and Brett Phillips at 4112 52nd St. (ABOVE) taking home the residential prize for a very bright display and ATB Financial (4910 50th St.) winning the non-residential award.
