Pursuant to the provisions of Section 692 of the Municipal

Government Act the Council of Woodlands County is

considering an application for amendment to Land Use

Bylaw 490/17, by making the following amendments

through proposed Bylaw 616/24.

Re-zoning of W-1-62-5-W5M Plan 1084KS Block 7

Lots 5 and 6 from P/I Public Institutional District to

HR Hamlet Residential District for the purpose of

residential development.

Written comments or concerns on the above proposed

bylaw amendment may be provided prior to 4:30 pm on

Friday, July 5, 2024, to:
