NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ADOPT THE FOLLOWING
BYLAW:
65-2025
On February 25, 2025, Westlock County Council passed First Reading of Bylaw No. 65-2025
being a Bylaw to amend the Westlock County’s Land Use Bylaw No. 04-2016 to provide for
the following:
Legal Description: A portion of SW 05-60-23-W4 (see attached Schedule A)
Proposed Amendment: Re-districting a portion of SW 05-60-23-W4 from Agriculture (A)
District to Highway Commercial (HC) District.
Westlock County Council will hold a Public Hearing to provide the public an opportunity to
comment on the proposed Bylaw prior to its adoption.

The Bylaw may be viewed at the Westlock County Administration Office during regular office
