NOTICE OF LAND SALE The Council of the Town of Athabasca intends to dispose of land in accordance with Section 70 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M26, RSA 2000. Ownership of the following described land will be transferred for less than market value through a private party negotiation: Lot 2, Block 2, Plan 8021875 The proposal may be viewed by visiting the Town Administration Office or website at the addresses listed above.
