What is Bylaw 2024-08?

Bylaw 2024-08 is an amendment to the Town of Westlock’s Land Use Bylaw to change the zoning

of 10403 103 Street from R2 (Medium Density Residential) District to R3 (High Density Residential)

District. Rezoning of this parcel has been requested by the landowner in order to facilitate the

development of row housing on the property.

available on the Town’s website under Local Notices or can be provided to you upon request.

Planning & Development staff can explain what is proposed, how it might impact you, and how the

public hearing process works.

Can I provide comments or attend the hearing?

If you wish to make a submission for Council’s consideration at the public hearing, written
