BYLAW AMENDMENT
PUBLIC INFO SESSION
Obtain information surrounding redistricting of six (6) lots in Beaver Brook residential subdivision.
On September 10, 2024, Town Council passed first reading of Bylaw 07-2024 being a bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 08-2002 Beaver Brook Area Structure Plan, to provide for the following:
Re-district Lots 24-29, Block 7, Plan 082 0647 (Beaver Brook Estates)
FROM - R1 Residential
TO - R3 Residential Medium Density
The Town of Barr head will host an Information Session to provide an opportunity for the public to obtain more information on the proposed Bylaw.

The current Area Structure Plan (ASP) 082-4627 and proposed Bylaw 07-2024 may be viewed at the Town Administration Office during regular office hours or online.
