On July 9, 2024, Town Council passed first reading of Bylaw 05-2024 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 04-2015 to provide for the following:
Re-district Lots 24-29, Block 7, Plan 082 0647 (Beaver Brook Estates)
FROM - R1 Residential
TO - R3 Residential Medium Density
The Town of Barrhead will hold a Public Hearing to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on the proposed Bylaw.
