It is with sadness, the family of John McCauley, late of Barrhead, announce his sudden passing at age 73. John is survived by his loving wife of almost 53 years, Gloria (nee Stenberg); daughters; Lisa (Paul) White and Sharla (Stan) Rau; son, Ryan McCauley; grandchildren; Kyla (Dylan) George, Justin (Shannon) Rau, Shayla Rau and Liam McCauley; numerous great-grandchildren, siblings; Shirley (Don) Campbell, Ken (Tamara) McCauley, Brenda (Garth) Cramer, David (Deena) McCauley and Patsy (Dennis) Johansen; sisters-in-law, Lidwina Stenberg and Gwen Stenberg, numerous extended family members and friends. John is predeceased by his parents, George and Lydia (Myrtle) McCauley; in-laws, Bert and Olga Stenberg, Carl Stenberg, Terry Stenberg, Ken (Lee Ann) Stenberg and Gilbert Jennings. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation in John’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
