The Family of Jeffrey Hoare of Vimy, Alberta is saddened to announce his passing on March 18, 2024 at the age of 44 years.
He will be remembered by his Mother, Sherrill, sister Janine (Reg), and his four nephews: Liam,Aidan, James and Garner.
Jeff was predeceased by his father, Steve.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made in Jeff’s name to:
