FOSTER, BEV

September 22, 1956 - April 11, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Bev Foster on April 11, 2020, at the age of 63 years at her home in Goose Lake.

Bev is survived her daughter, Miranda Fetter; son Cory (Julia) Foster, brothers; Wayne Blacquiere, David Blacquiere and John Murray; grandchildren; Alex and Nina Foster; nieces Gail Kaus and Jenny Foster Rioux and many other family members and friends.

Bev was a dynamic performer. When she sang, her powerful voice and energy inspired people to dance and celebrate. She had a natural talent of getting people together for events such as the Goose Lake Connection, music jams, and fundraisers. Bev had many other talents including jewelry making, painting, hat making,
cooking, and hunting. She worked many years for the E.C.H.O. society in Whitecourt and she was passionate for her clients and co-workers and loved them like family. Bev touched the hearts of so many people, her gift was to make others feel good through her voice, huge smile and great sense of humour. She will be greatly missed.

The family would like to thank everyone who has reached out and offered support during this difficult time. A Celebration of Bev’s life will be postponed to a later date when it is safe for all our friends and family to meet.
