WESTLOCK - On Friday Nov. 22 the minus 16 temperatures did not keep the crowd away from missing the Westlock Christmas Light-up parade with fancy lights, spectacular floats, smiling faces, treats for the kids, characters waving, and getting up and close to the families gathered. The hay rides, cookie decorating, bingo games, colouring sheets, delicious hot dogs and hot chocolate and the visits with new and old friends. Santa rode in the parade giving everyone a wave hello and was later anxious to visit with children while photos were taken.
