NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BYLAW 616/24 – AMENDING WOODLANDS COUNTY LAND USE BYLAW 490/17 LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION 2024LUA-01 PLACE Woodlands County Municipal Office Council Chambers, Whitecourt, AB DATE TIME Wednesday, July 17, 2024 9:45 am Pursuant to the provisions of Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act the Council of Woodlands County is considering an application for amendment to Land Use Bylaw 490/17, by making the following amendments through proposed Bylaw 616/24. Re-zoning of W-1-62-5-W5M Plan 1084KS Block 7 Lots 5 and 6 from P/I Public Institutional District to HR Hamlet Residential District for the purpose of residential development.
