Dear Editor,
In response to the Feb. 15, 2011 article in the Barr-head Leader’s comment section titled Mom upset over forgotten son, we would like to know what the bus driver actually did wrong?
The bus driver followed policy and procedure, and at the end of the bus run, did a walk to the rear to check if anyone had been left on. The bus driver had not gotten off when this kindergarten child was found. Not at any time was this kindergarten child cold or left alone. So, is the bus driver to stop every 10 minutes to do a check if there is anyone sleeping under the seats?
