BARRHEAD/WESTLOCK - With area temperatures recorded at or below -40 C this morning, the vast majority of the buses in the Pembina Hills School Division fleet have been parked.
Only 14 of the 70 buses ran Monday morning, with all routes within the Town of Barrhead, as well as Clyde, Neerlandia, Dunstable and the area surrounding Pembina North Community School cancelled.
