ATHABASCA - The family of a man missing since last Sunday are hoping tips from the public will help bring him home.
Jim (Jimmy) Bigstone, 41, was last seen on the afternoon of Sept. 27, walking north along Highway 813, near the Calling Lake Airport, according to an RCMP media release received the evening of Oct. 1.
"RCMP and Jimmy's family are very concerned for his safety and it is imperative that he is located," said the release.
Bigstone is described as First Nations, five-foot-nine,160 pounds, with a medium build, short brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a mustache and goatee and was last seen wearing a red sweater and blue jeans.
