Plumes of black smoke could be seen from as far away as Athabasca this afternoon as fire crews responded to a blaze on a property south of Highway 663 near Range Road 211. Fire trucks and police were on scene with an ambulance nearby. There were at least two residences nearby as well. This situation is ongoing and more details will be reported when available.Chris Zwick
