FIELD SUPERVISOR
Duties include
• Livestock inspection, including confirming the value of cattle
• Ongoing monitoring of our member’s facilities and operations
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections
• Working closely with our members, the Administrator and the Board of Directors
• Promoting the Coop and the available programs
Qualifications
• Agricultural background, specifically with cattle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Good organization skills and record keeping
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required, especially from May to July
This is a part-time contract position and will require the use of a personal vehicle. This position is well – suited for a cattleperson, with some extra time on their hands.
