The Pembina Hills School Division has announced who is their school leadership team for the 2024-2025 school year.
“We had some principals that left our school division and so we shuffled internally and made some minor changes,” said Brett Cooper, superintendent for Pembina Hills School Division.
“Those are changes that were made last year. Most folks just moved around.”
“Other folks that you see on our website, those are principals that have been in the positions for more than just for this new up and coming year.”

Barrhead Composite High School • Slade Sekulich, Principal • Mike Edwards, Associate Principal
Busby School • Angie Bachand, Principal Angie Bachand is taking over Busby and Dunstable schools as principal.
“That was done in consultation with the parents and staff from both schools and that just seemed to make sense,” explained Cooper.
“Angie's done a great job at Busby school so we thought we'd give her both schools to try and see if we can make some efficiencies.”

Prakash Raju is moving from the Colonies school to Neerlandia Public Christian School according to Cooper.

Brett Seatter took over an open principal position at RF Staples Secondary School where the previous principal left the division and went to another school according to Cooper.
Seatter is moving from Neerlandia school.

“Principals foster relationships and learn learning communities.”
They are responsible for managing the school operations and resources.
Principals guide and support school instructors and support personnel.
