Hay bale date request in County of Barrhead

BARRHEAD - Along highway 18, just north of Barrhead, a creative guy is using hay bales along the highway to ask a girl on a date.

Hay bales are lined up with the invite written across the bales,"Yes, No?, Brooklyn, Take, a, chance, on me" from Mike.

There is another hay bale invitation to Brooklyn along highway 769 heading south from Neerlandia.

There is no information on the age of this brave guy. He certainly put some time and effort into his request.

Reading this message on the way into town sure brighten this reporter's day.

Now we want to know what happens.

Will Brooklyn accept?

Hopefully someone calls the Barrhead Leader with an update so we can all know what happens.
