The Alberta Pacific Forest Industries mill site is back to regular operation after crews were able to get Friday's fire under control Saturday afternoon.
"We are grateful for the support from local emergency services and we thank them for their assistance throughout yesterday and today," said Al-Pac's director of stakeholder relations and sustainability Diane Smith.
"We also commend our Emergency Response Team and all personnel on-site for their efforts to bring the fire under control safely."
No further updates are expected at this time.
