Locals gathered at Boyle Legion for outdoor ceremony

The front yard of Boyle's Royal Canadian Legion Branch 169 was full of locals who came to pay their respects to the men and women who put their lives on the line for our country over the course of Canadian history on the morning of Nov. 11. Brisk November air accompanied the quiet contemplation of the service, punctuated by blasts on the trumpet and the voice of legion president Bob Clark.

Attendees were able to warm up in the Legion with hot coffee, lunch, and conversations with fellow community members.
