EDMONTON — A 26-save performance from Alex Worthington helped the Edmonton Oil Kings hand the Victoria Royals a 5-1 drubbing in Western Hockey League play on Wednesday.

Cole Miller had two goals for the Oil Kings (9-10-2), while Adam Jecho, Luke Powell and Joe Iginla put away one apiece.

Keaton Verhoeff scored the Royals' lone tally on a second-period power play and goalie Spencer Michnik stopped 34 shots for Victoria (12-7-3).
