Hello, I have had a few days to adjust in my foster home and am doing well. Although I was picked up as a stray, I still like to think I am a lap dog and will crawl up to you regardless of my size and where you are at, floor, stairs, furniture, etc it is all the same when you are there. I haven't had any accidents in the house including at night. I am working on crate training, I don't like to go in, but with a treat and some coaxing I do get in and once in I settle very quickly. I may not be the best travelling buddy as I have gotten sick a couple times in the few vehicle rides I have been on. With being a bit of a freedom dog, I do not know what this leash thing is, although I am patient with getting my harness or collar on. I do not have any manners when it comes to walking with you. I may not be suitable for house with young kids due to my size, my whipping tail and bulldozer behavior when I want to snuggle. I have shown some anxiety when things are buzzing around me, but with a routine, exposure and confidence this should resolve in time. If you are looking for a pretty happy laid back girl that requires some patience and training to grow and bond with you, please consider filling out an application.
