WESTLOCK – Westlock-area voters in the town and county will be able to start casting their ballots tomorrow, Oct. 7.
The Town of Westlock’s first of three advance voting sessions runs Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Heritage Building, located at 10007 – 100th Avenue. The second advance voting date runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, at the Westlock Aquatic Centre, while the Rotary Spirit Centre will be the site for the final advance poll which runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 16.
Meanwhile Westlock County residents looking to cast early ballots are directed to the county office from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, and then again on Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On election day, Oct. 18, town residents can vote at the Westlock & District Community Hall from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
In the county on election day, polling stations, which will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., will be open at the Vimy Community Hall (Division 1), Busby Community Hall (Division 2), Pembina Heights Hall (Division 3), Westlock Legion (Division 4), Clyde Curling Club (Division 5), Dapp Community Hall (Division 6), and Jarvie Community Hall (Division 7).
